Phase One: Workshop & Scope

Cost: From €500

This is the first stage to determine the likely scope of the project and its objectives. Following a couple of calls and access to key information we’ll identify a range of levers you have to achieve your aims.

The budget is based on time and objectives. If you already have a particular area you want to focus on, then we can streamline this phase.

If it’s open-ended and data-intensive then it may take longer and cost more.

Typical output: Strategy Document.

Phase Two: Execute LHF Project

Cost: Depends on agreed scope

Having identified the key levers to achieve your immediate objectives we will execute a high-value, “Low Hanging Fruit” project (or two) as quickly as possible.

Our guiding principle is to provide immediate revenue impact to ensure our services are a net financial benefit from the outset.

There is often a correlation between long-term financial success and the time taken to implement projects, but we seek the fastest, most valuable wins first.

Phase Three: Follow-up Projects

Phase One normally identifies a number of opportunities, and Phase Two focuses on the most appropriate & impactful.

Within Phase Three we will continue to deliver on agreed projects with positive financial impact within your business.

We provide very efficient support, with low levels of input or management, and excellent results.
